HOLTON- William Cecil Elliott, infant son of Michael and Shannon Hards Elliott, was stillborn Friday, September 12, 2008 at the Onaga Hospital. In addition to his parents, William is survived by his brother, Phillip Michael Elliott of the home; grandparents, Arthur Hards of Holton, Sharon Hards of Circleville, John and Phyllis Webster of Holton; great-grandparents, Ruth Watkins of Holton and Willis Butchee, Sr. of Circleville; aunts and uncles, Vickie and Greg Duryea, Stacey and Glen Curtis III, Pam and Austin Martin, Harvey and Angie Webster, Becky Webster and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Phillip Watkins; great-grandmothers, Opal Butchee and Mae Stanbarger and his uncle, Alan Elliott. Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at the Muscotah Cemetery.
