Vickie J. Moore, 61, of Topeka, KS died Monday, August 27, 2012 at her home in Topeka. She was born December 16, 1950 in Wetmore, KS, the daughter of William L. and Martha Jean Sheets Moore, Jr.

Vickie graduated from Wetmore High School and received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Washburn University. Vickie was retired, she had been a licensed Mental Health Tech. She was a friend of Bill W. for over 20 years.

Vickie married Howard DeWayne Ketter. They were later divorced. Vickie is survived by her sons, Allen J. (Cindy) Ketter of Topeka and Craig S. (Shawna) Ketter of Lenexa; brothers, Steven Moore of Topeka and Larry Moore of Scranton, KS; grandchildren, Elliana, Mayah, Karson, Dustin, Ryan, Jennifer and Shannon and great-grandchildren, Jamie, Taylor, Alexandria, Devin, Kamryn and Aiden. She was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Moore.

Funeral services will be 10:00 Saturday, September 1, 2012 at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Burial will be in Wetmore Cemetery. The family will greet friends Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
