Timothy "Tim" Joseph Dyer, 42, of Topeka, KS passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021 at the St. Francis Hospital in Topeka, KS. He was born October 2, 1979 the son of Timothy Dyer and Sheila Ann (Martinez) Fitzgerald. He attended Washburn Rural High School and later earned his GED.

Timothy worked at various jobs. He was an avid lover of music and he occasionally performed rap music at several local venues. Tim was a fun-loving man and will be missed by his family and friends.

He was a member of the Prairie Band Potawatomie Nation.

Timothy was preceded in death by his father, Timothy Dyer and mother and adopted father, Sheila and Michael Claire Fitzgerald; brother, Michael Christopher Fitzgerald; grandparents, Zelda and Logie Martinez.

Survivors include his uncle, Manuel Martinez; aunt, Laura Thackery; and his cousins, Clinton and Heather Thacker.

Graveside Memorial Service will be at a later date at Shipshee Cemetery in Mayetta, KS. Mercer Funeral Home, 1101 W. 4 ^th Street/P.O. Box 270, Holton, KS 66436 is charge of arrangements.
