THELMA L. GRAGG

Thelma L. Gragg, 97, Kansas City, MO, died Monday, May 8, 2006, at the Alpine North Nursing Rehabilitation Center in Kansas City, MO.
Mrs. Gragg worked at the Singer Sewing Machine Co. in Kansas City, KS and later taught sewing and sold sewing machines.
She was born Jan. 18, 1909, at Ozawkie, the daughter of Elba Oren and Grace Belle Metzger Keim. She graduated from Ozawkie High School. She was a former member of the Valley Falls United Methodist Church and Rebekah Lodge No. 652.
At Kansas City, Mo she was a member of the Platte Woods United Methodist Church.
She married M. Marsh Gragg on Nov. 2, 1926, at Valley Falls, KS. They moved to Kansas City, KS in 1942. Mr. Gragg died on Oct. 23, 1991.
Survivors include a son Charles Gragg and his wife Kay, Cheyenne, WY, a daughter, Marsha Duval, Kansas City, MO, four grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
Graveside services will be at 2:30 pm, Saturday, May 13, 2006, at the Valley Falls, KS Cemetery.
