Denison- Teena J. Cappleman, 46, of Denison, KS passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at her home after a prolonged illness. She was born March 19, 1962 in Dallas, TX, the daughter of Sam and Johnnie Bailey Adcock.
Teena had graduated from Duncanville High School in 1980 in Duncanville, TX. She had lived most of her life in the Dallas, TX, area before moving to Denison 1 ½ years ago.
She married Edwill Cappleman on July 12, 1986 in Grand Prairie, TX. He survives. Other survivors include her mother, Johnnie Adcock of Duncanville, TX; daughters, Charlene Monroe of Arlington, TX, and Misty Anderson of Hutchins, TX; sisters, Rebekah Zarate of Coppell, TX, and Leisa Beckett of Mesquite, TX and 3 grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 19, 2008 at Lakeview Faith Chapel south of Holton. Burial will be in the Denison Cemetery. Family will greet friends from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. Friday evening at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Memorials may be given to Lakeview Faith Chapel sent c/o Mercer Funeral Home P.O.
