Holton—Sue Ann Claycamp, 45, of Holton, died Thursday, November 09, 2006 at her home. She was born March 8, 1961 in Holton, the daughter of Dale and Bette Ann Frost Mellies.
She was a graduate of Jackson Heights High School in 1979. She lived in Wetmore for many years and lived in Holton for 5 years. She worked as a Para-professional at Wetmore Schools and most recently worked for Jackson Farmers COOP in Holton. She was a member of the Wetmore Bible Church.
Sue married Kyle Raye Claycamp on August 30, 1980 in Circleville. He survives. Other survivors include her father Dale Mellies of Holton; 2 sons Jason Claycamp and his wife Jamie of Wetmore, Joseph Claycamp of Holton; 2 daughters Kylah Foote and her husband Justin of Topeka, Kristina Claycamp of Holton; a sister Karen Savage and her husband Lyle of Mayetta; and a granddaughter Kaitlyn Claycamp. She is preceded in death by her mother; a sister Brenda Twombly; a brother Larry Mellies and a grandson Justin Lee Foote, Jr.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, November 13, 2006 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Burial will be in the Ontario Cemetery. Family will greet friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sunday evening at the funeral home.
