Shirley Ann Mick, 75, of Holton, KS passed away October 26, 2012 at her home. She was born May 17, 1937 in Holton the daughter of Kermit Robert and Rheva Lucille (Johnson) Mick.
Shirley had attended Philo and Denison schools. She was a lifelong member of the Holton community. Shirley worked a short time for Slimaker Dress Factory, 4 years for Gilks Potato Chip Factory, cleaned for United Telephone (now CenturyLink) since 1966 and cleaned for the First Baptist Church since the early 1990's all in Holton.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church and taught Sunday School class for 15 years.
Survivors include 2 sisters, Nancy Cannon and her husband Raymond and Carolyn Schlodder and her husband Roy both of Holton; 2 brothers, Bill Mick and his wife JoAnn and Kermit Mick and his wife Shirley both of Holton.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Lee Mick.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Burial will be in the Holton Cemetery.
