Sherry Lynn (Morgan) Sharp, 72, of Holton, KS passed away Monday, December 19, 2022 at her home in Holton. She was born October 29, 1950 in Topeka, KS the daughter of Charles Arthur Morgan, Jr. and Bernice (Michel).  Sherry graduated from Topeka West 1969.

Sherry spent most of her life as a housewife taking care of her family. She also worked as a telemarketer for over nine years. Sherry was a member of Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall.

On January 31, 1971, Sherry was united in marriage to Melvin D. Sharp in Ellsworth, KS. They shared over 48 years of marriage before Melvin passed away on June 26, 2019.

She is survived by her two sons, Brian Kelly Sharp (Felisa) of Topeka, KS and James Dennis Sharp (Kyndra) of Everest, KS; brother, Charles Arthur Morgan III (Diane) of Derby, KS; 5 grandchildren; sister-in-law, Margorie Christian Sharp of Ellsworth, KS; niece Christina Sharp of Ellsworth, KS.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents; husband Melvin and a sister, Janelle Renee Morgan.
