HOLTON- Ronald Alan Jones, 65, of Holton, KS passed away January 3, 2012 at Pennsylvania Place in Holton. He was born October 3, 1946 in Holton, the son of Willis and Bernice (Kranz) Jones. Ronald attended Holton schools. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Holton and enjoyed dancing and bowling.

Survivors include his mother, Bernice Jones of Holton; 2 sisters, Jean Brewer of Ontario, OR and Darlene Wade of Fruitland, ID and many nieces and nephews.

Ronald was preceded in death by his father, Willis Jones and 3 sisters, Mary Lou Sanchez, Shirley Fellman and Donna Cook.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, January 6, 2012 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Interment will be in the Holton Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Ronald Jones Memorial Fund c/o Mercer Funeral Home P.O. Box 270, Holton, KS 66436.
