Robert Allen Robinson, 82, of Independence, MO, passed away on June 25, 2026, at St. Lukes Hospice in Kansas City, MO. He was born April 18, 1944, in Lee’s Summit, MO the son of Ernest Frank and Velma (Henry) Robinson.
Robert was an Auto Mechanic.
He was a member of the Santee Sioux Nation.
Robert married Juanita Swamp on January 6, 1991, in Las Vegas, NV, celebrating over 35 years of marriage.
Survivors include his wife, Juanita; 3 stepsons, Daniel Swamp and Jeremy Johnson of Kansas City, MO and Jesse Johnson of Independence, MO; sister, Joyce Ross of Las Vegas, NV and granddaughter Kassidy “Luca” Johnson.
He is preceded in death by his sister Patty and 2 brothers, Richard and Charlie.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
