FORT SMITH, AR- Ricky Eugene Nott, 51, formerly of Holton, KS passed away July 28, 2014 in Fort Smith, AR. He was born March 15, 1963 in Holton, KS the son of Dennis Nott and Ruth (Bohannon) Armstrong.
Ricky attended Holton High School. He was owner and operator of Nott's Landing Convenience Store in Fenton, IA.
Ricky married Holly Shayleen Bindley at Topeka Shawnee Lake; she preceded him in death in 2008. He was also preceded in death by his father and mother and a son, Justin Eugene Nott.
Survivors include a daughter, Katelin Elaine Nott of Kansas City, MO and son, Cody Eugene Nott of the home.
Ricky was cremated. Memorial graveside will be at a later date in the Holton Cemetery. To help the family with expenses, memorials may be given to the Ricky Nott Memorial Fund c/o Mercer Funeral Home, P.O. Box 270, Holton, KS 66436.
