Quentin J. Moeder, 41, Topeka, died unexpectedly Thursday, Aug.16, 2018, at a residence near Hoyt.
He was born, Aug. 10, 1977, at Lawrence, the son of Robert and Leona Turner Moeder. He earned a GED after being home schooled.
Quentin had worked as a mechanic for ARC Transport at Topeka for 25 years.
He married Dawn Chilson, June 1, 2002, at McPherson.
Survivors include his wife, Dawn, of the home; his parents, Robert and Leona Moeder, Topeka; and his brother, Rob (Jenny) Moeder, Greenville, S.C.
The funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, August 24, 2018, at Calvary Baptist Church in Valley Falls. Burial will be at the Hoyt Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. Visitation will be at Mercer Funeral Home in Valley Falls Thursday, from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
