Patricia Ann McClintock, 60, Holton, died Friday, Aug. 21, 2009, at her home.
She was born Nov. 7, 1948, at Holton, the daughter of George Harold and Margaret L. Jones Taylor. She graduated from Holton High School in 1966 and lived all of her life in the community.
Pat had been the Holton City Clerk for the past 25 years. She and her late husband, Gordon McClintock, had owned the Brown Shutter Antique Shop in Holton. She had also worked in the Jackson County Clerk's Office.
She was a member of the Evangel United Methodist Church and Chapter P, P.E.O. Sisterhood, both in Holton.
She married Gordon McClintock on May 16, 1971, at Holton. He died Oct 2, 1991. She was also preceded in death by her father, Harold Taylor.
Survivors include her step-sons, Gordon Charles "G.C." McClintock, and Derek Jay McClintock,; her daughter, Tricia McAllister, and husband, Brad; her sister, Nancy DeKeyser, and husband, Edward; her mother, Margaret Taylor; five grandchildren, Casey, Jeremy, Luke, Kendyl and Aaran and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2009, at the Evangel United Methodist Church with Pastor Kent Rogers officiating. Burial will be at the Holton Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 -8:00 p.m., Monday, at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton.
