Pamela Sue "Pam" Bryant, 65, of Holton, KS, passed away Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Stormont Vail Hospital. She was born July 17, 1955 in Concordia, KS, the daughter of Paul "Boots" Bryant and Laveta (Gibbens) Bengtson.

Pam graduated in 1973 from Hardesty High School in OK and attended Brown Mackie College at Salina, KS.

She worked for the State of Kansas in early years. Pam later retired from U.S. Postal Service after serving 41 years in Topeka and Holton. She retired on April 1, 2019.She also worked for Towne Park Valet Service at Prairie Band Casino.

Survivors include her son, Jordan Bryant of Holton, KS; mother, Laveta Bengtson of Holton, KS; 2 sisters, Paula Lira of Paxico, KS and Judy Childers of Georgia; 2 brothers, Cecil Goodrick (Karen) of Utah and Paul Barnes (Amalie) of Germany; brother-in-law, Kevin Helus of Topeka, KS and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Bryant; step-father, Marvin Bengtson; 2 sisters, Trudy Bryant and Deborah "Deb" Helus and a brother, Bruce Bryant.

Cremation has taken place. Family will greet friends from 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening, June 10, 2021 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Memorials may be given to the Holton V.F.W. Post 1367 c/o Mercer Funeral Home, P.O. Box 270, Holton, KS 66436.
