Bell
Wetmore-Noble R. Bell, 81, of Wetmore, died Sunday, March 4, 2007 at the Apostolic Christian Home in Sabetha. He was born February 6, 1926 north of Wetmore the son of Everton and Hulda Bareiss Bell.
He graduated from Goff High School in 1944. Noble was a farmer and stockman. He was a past member of the Goff and Wetmore Lions Club.
He married Dona L. Shumaker on April 11, 1975 in Goff, KS. She survives. Other survivors include a sister Opal Adams of Centralia, KS; 4 brothers Lawrence Bell of Ft. Morgan, CO, Earl Bell of Iola, KS, Gary Bell of Holton, KS, Roy Bell of Seneca, KS and many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by a brother Alvin Bell.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 8, 2007 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Burial will be in the Wetmore Cemetery. Family will greet friends from 6:30 – 7:30 Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the Wetmore EMT or Nemaha County Hospice c/o Mercer Funeral Home, P.O.
