Mike Daniel Flewelling, 20, formerly of Goff, KS passed away December 1, 2012 as a result of an automobile accident. He was born December 1, 1992 in Holton, KS the son of Robin Flewelling and Ute (Schwarz) Cashman.

Mike attended Wetmore Academic Center and had recently earned his high school diploma from Lawrence Gardner High School of Topeka. He had worked at the Corner Café in Riverside, MO.

Survivors include his father, Robin Flewelling of Goff, KS; his mother, Ute Cashman of Riverside, MO; paternal grandmother, Lois Flewelling of Holton, KS; two sisters, Michelle Flewelling of Sabetha, KS and Sabine Flewelling and her fiancé D.J. of Grand Junction, CO; a brother, Nick Flewelling of the home and several nieces and nephews.

Mike was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Hertha and Hermann Schwarz and paternal grandfather, George Flewelling.

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 8, 2012 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Burial will be in the Holton Cemetery. Family will greet friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday evening. Memorials may be given to the Mike Flewelling Memorial Fund to be designated at a later date c/o Mercer Funeral Home P.O.
