JOHNSON
MAYETTA – Michael Lovell Johnson, 48, died Thursday, March 20, 2008 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born June 13, 1959 in Pasadena, TX, the son of Theron Lavell and Clarice Agnes Moore Johnson.
He had worked security for Prairie Band Casino. He was a veteran having served in the Army. He was a member of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation.
Michael married Judi I. Lee on April 7, 2003 in Elko, NV. She survives. He is also survived by his daughters, Dawn Hastly of Shelbyville, IN and Keri Daugherty of Tuscola, IL; step-sons, Jared Hall and Trae Hall both of the home; sisters, Jessie Mutteloke and her husband John of Shawnee, OK, Debra Stanfill and her husband Marlon of Vancouver, WA, and Elizabeth Prevett and her husband Walter of Tecumseh, OK; brothers, Arthur Johnson and his wife Mary of Santa Rosa, CA and John Johnson and his wife Davene of Sparks, NV; grandchildren, Derick Reed, Jr., Kayla Wright, Unique Johnson, and Gracie Johnson.
The graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 24, 2008 at Shipshee Cemetery. He will lie in state at his home from Friday, March 21, 2008 until service time. Burial will be in the Shipshee Cemetery.
