Mary Lou Means, 94, Columbus, OH, formerly of Lawrence, KS, died Friday, May 9, 2014, at Columbus, OH.
She was born on Oct. 10, 1919, at Olathe, the daughter of Louis and Mabel Casey.
Mary had worked as a secretary in the English Department at the University of Kansas at Lawrence. She married Ramey L.Means. He died on Sept. 24, 1979.
Survivors include a son, Terry Hoppe, New Albany, OH; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Arrangements in Worthington, OH were by Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home & Crematory. Private burial will be in the Valley Falls Cemetery with Mercer Funeral Home in Valley Falls in charge of local arrangements.
