HOLTON- Mark Anthony Hermreck, 51, of Holton, KS passed away April 23, 2010 as the result of a motorcycle accident. He was born March 3, 1959 in Garnett, KS the son of Francis Eugene Siebert and Velva Mae Teter. He had graduated from Garnett High School in 1977. He worked for Sprint as a BMO tech for 25 years and was presently farming. He was a member of the Holy Angels Catholic Church in Garnett.
Mark married Janet Diedel in 1981 in Garnett; they had a son, Jesse A. Hermreck. They later divorced.
He then married Patricia Kay Lucas on December 3, 1988 in Overland Park, KS. She survives. He was also survived by a step-sister, Donna Kellerman of Garnett. He was preceded in death by his parents and a step-father, Donald Hermreck.
He was cremated. Memorial graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. August 21, 2010 at the Holy Angels Catholic Cemetery in Garnett, Kansas. Memorials may be given to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer c/o Mercer Funeral Home P.O. Box 270, Holton, KS 66436.
