Madge Albright, 88, of Hoyt, KS passed away Thursday, June 10, 2010 in Topeka, KS. She was born June 29, 1921 in Mayetta, KS the daughter of Connie and Julia Wright Donahue.
Madge graduated from Hoyt High School in 1940 and lived most of her life in the Hoyt community. She was married to Benjamin J. "Shorty" Albright on August 24, 1940 in Topeka, KS. He preceded her in death on August 20, 1986. Survivors include her daughter, Beni Mosher (Dennis) of Topeka, KS; her son, Jim Albright of Topeka, KS; 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 14, 2010 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Interment will follow in Hoyt Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
