Linda K. Floyd, 63, of Holton, KS, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2021 at her brother's home with family by her side. She was born August 26, 1957 in Holton, KS, the daughter of Don D. and Lela Faye (Fisher) Collins.

Linda graduated from Holton High School and she lived in the Holton Community most of her life. Linda worked in the Department of Revenue for the State of Kansas, for nearly 40 years, retiring in 2020.

She married Timothy Lee Floyd, Sr. on May 16, 1987 in Holton, they celebrated over 33 years of marriage.

Survivors include her husband, Tim; 2 sons, Christopher S. Hegemann (Candi) of Topeka, KS and Derek A. Floyd of Holton, KS; step-son, Timothy L. Floyd, Jr. of TX; brother, Roger Collins (Barb) of Holton, KS; 4 grandchildren, Emily (Michael) Child of Whiting, KS, Hanna (Chad) Berens of Herriman, UT, Mariah of Topeka, KS and Braden of TX; 1 great-granddaughter, Fynlee; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Rebecca Hegemann; her mother, Lela Faye Collins in 1998; father, Don D. Collins in 2020 and 2 brothers, Donald L. Collins in 2016 and Gary D. Collins in 2008.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 29, 2021 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Burial will follow at the Holton Cemetery. Family will greet friends one hour prior to service time.
