Kyle Jack Riggles, 60, of Mayetta, KS, passed away Monday, August 14, 2023 at his home. He was born May 14, 1963 in Wamego, KS the son of Jack LeRoy and Dixie Joan (Wells) Riggles.

Kyle graduated from Royal Valley High School in 1981. In his early years he managed a gas station for Clark Oil Company in Topeka. Kyle also obtained his CDL and worked many years driving over-the-road trucks with his father Jack. He worked most of his life as an automotive mechanic for Washburn University for over 35 years.

Kyle loved working on motorcycles and his old truck.  He was a member of the ABATE of Kansas District #4. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He took much joy in cookouts, outdoor activities and spending time with his grandson, Clayton.

On October 6, 1990, Kyle was united in marriage to Julie Kathleen Stewart at the Holy Name Church in Topeka, KS. They shared over 32 years of marriage.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Dixie Joan Alsept.

Survivors include his wife Julie Riggles of the home; his father, Jack LeRoy Riggles (Wanda) of Topeka, KS; 2 sons, Joshua Paul Riggles (Nikita) and Anthony Kyle Riggles both of Topeka, KS; 2 sisters, Kristi Gaye Miller (Clint) of Mayetta, KS and Jackie Renee Fox (Brad) of Topeka, KS; 4 brothers, Cory Cecil Riggles (Tina) of Mayetta, KS, Craig Myron Riggles (Christine) of Topeka, KS, Lonnie Lee Riggles of Topeka, KS and Cary Ray Riggles of Lee's Summit, MO; 1 grandson, Clayton David Riggles; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton, KS. A private family burial will be at a later date. The family will greet friends from 5-7:00 P.M. Monday, August 21, 2023 at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Memorials may be made to the ABATE of Kansas District #4 c/o Mercer Funeral Home, P.O.
