Kenneth Olson
HIAWATHA-Kenneth F. Olson, 47, of Hiawatha, died July 8, 2007 at a Topeka nursing facility. He was born April 16, 1960 in Omaha, NE, the son of Donald and Ruby Mulanax Olson. He attended Holton High School. He lived in Hiawatha since 1979. Kenneth was a computer programmer for Shawnee County and worked at St. Francis Hospital in Topeka.
Survivors include sons; Ryan Olson and Bryce Olson, both of Hiawatha; daughters, Coltara Segenhagen, Topeka and Jackie Olson, Rossville; adopted daughter, Nicole Olson, Hiawatha; sisters, Donna Olson, O'Fallon, MO, Sue Kopfle, Fogelsville, PA, Jean Burris, Olathe, Mary Anglin, Seattle, WA, Paula Cavin, West Palm Beach, FL, Carol Olson, Marti Boling, Monica Olson, all of Topeka; brother, Jerry Olson, Irving, TX.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. Friday at Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church. A rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M. Thursday evening followed by visitation at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Burial will be in Shipshee Cemetery.
