Judy Levier "Mamigwekwe" Sebo, 79, of Topeka, KS, passed away Friday, December 5, 2025 at Rolling Hills Nursing Home. She was born November 28, 1946 in Holton, KS the daughter of Joseph Paul and Nova (Kundiff) Levier.
Judy graduated from Marty Indian School in Marty, S.D. She worked for Sante Fe Railroad. She later earned her Dental Hygienist degree and worked for Dr. Gonzales in New Mexico for many years.
She was a member of Citizen Band Potawatomi Nation. She enjoyed her Street rod and was a member of car clubs.
Survivors include her daughter, Suzette DeBoard (Mike) of Phoenix, AZ; sister, Atha Kerr of Reno, NV; brother, Mike Levier (Stephanie) of Topeka, KS and 5 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Nova Levier; daughter, Catherine Fiedler; sister, Joan Lero and 3 brothers, Francis, Cletus and Charlie Levier.
Judy's wishes were to be cremated. No services are planned at this time. Mercer Funeral Home in Holton is assisting the family.
