Joyce F. Kelly, 83, of Holton, KS formerly of Bridgewater, NJ, passed away Thursday, June 8, 2017 at The Pines. She was born March 11, 1934 in Teaneck, NJ the daughter of Joseph and Sylvia (Rea) Benenati.

She graduated from Cliffside Park High School in New Jersey. Joyce worked for AT & T since 1976 as a travel manager. Throughout her career she was able to travel many states and countries. She was a member of the Roman Catholic Church and she was past-president of the New Jersey Chapter of Square Dancing.

Joyce had lived in New Jersey for most of her life. Joyce and her husband had moved to Holton a month ago to be closer to their daughter.

She married James P. Kelly on September 18, 1954 at Cliffside Park, NJ. He survives of the home. Other survivors include 2 sons, James Paul Kelly III of Mantua, OH and Michael J. Kelly; a daughter, Karen Kelly-Shepley (Ed) of Whiting, KS; 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Cremation has taken place. No formal services are planned. Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Assoc. or Diabetes Assoc. c/o Mercer Funeral Home, P.O. Box 270, Holton, KS 66436. Mercer Funeral Home in Holton is in charge of arrangements.
