MAYETTA – John P. Ferrari, Jr., 45, of Mayetta, died Sunday, March 5, 2006.
John was born November 25, 1960 in Holton, the son of John P. and Rosanna Nocktonick Ferrari, Sr.
He graduated from Royal Valley High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of We-Te-Se Post #410 American Legion. He was a member of the Citizen Band of the Potawatomi Nation. He worked as a Drug Counselor at Parr Ranch.
He is survived by his father John P. Ferrari, Sr. of New York, New York, his wife, Marsha Ferrari of Mayetta, step-sons, Henry Allen of Topeka and Steven Allen of Arizona; sister, Margaret Ferrari of Mayetta; brothers, Ron Wahwasuck of Idaho and David Wahwasuck of Washington.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, March 10, 2006 at Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church west of Mayetta. A rosary will be recited Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Burial will be at the Danceground Cemetery.
