John Wayne Douglas, 64, Centralia, KS, passed away, Monday, February 3, 2025 at his home. He was born May 2, 1960 in Horton, KS the son of Morris D. and Neva N. (Seastrom) Douglas. He graduated from Jackson Heights High School in 1978. After high school, John attended Vocational-Technical School where he earned a welding certificate.

John spent most of his life working as a farmhand. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing. He was a good mechanic and could fix anything.

He is preceded in death by his father, Morris Douglas; 2 brothers, Rick and Dennis Douglas.

John is survived by his mother, Neva N. Douglas of Olathe, KS; sister, Kathryn Douglas (Fiancé John Habernal) of Mission, KS; and 2 brothers, Ron Douglas (Kathy) of Tonganoxie, KS and Rusty Douglas (Pam) of Mayetta, KS.
