Jeffrey Wayne Johnston, 45, of Topeka, KS passed away December 8, 2013 at Midland Hospice House. He was born March 24, 1968 in Girard, KS the son of John and Marilyn (DeFrance) Johnston. Jeff was self-employed and owned and operated a custom auto body and paint shop. Most recently he had worked for Midwest Custom Cycles.

He married Charity Green on December 6, 2002 in Topeka. She survives. Other survivors include: 4 children, Tarryn Johnston, of Topeka, KS, Blade and Jaylan Johnston of the home and Colton Fall of Arkansas; 2 step-children, DaeJanea and Jordan Green of Topeka, KS; his parents, John and Marilyn Johnston of Topeka, KS; a sister, Michele Smith of Topeka, KS and 3 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 infant sons, Cordero and Dylan Johnston.

Jeff was cremated and a Celebration of his life will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 15, 2013 at Midwest Custom Cycles (496 SE 29th St., Topeka). Memorials may be given to the Jeff Johnston Memorial Fund c/o Mercer Funeral Home, P.O. Box 270, Holton, KS 66436.
