HOLTON- Harold William "Bill" Blunt, 85, of Holton, KS, passed away on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Stormont Vail in Topeka, KS. He was born on August 9, 1936 in Falls City, NE, the son of Harold Guy and Helen Ruth (Klumb) Blunt.

He attended 1 ^st thru 5 ^th grade in Reserve, and completed the rest of his schooling in Whiting where he graduated in May 1955. He proudly served in the Marine Corps from 1955 until 1958.

He worked at Goodyear for 31 years, retiring in 1997. Bill enjoyed farming and raising Polled Hereford cattle in his retirement years. He was a member of the Larkinburg Christian Church, Local 307 Rubber Workers, and the 1675 Square Dance Club.

On June 9, 1960 he married Sally Sue Stephenson in Muscotah, KS, they celebrated over 61 years of marriage.

Survivors include his wife, Sally of the home; 3 daughters, Terrie Divine (Duke) of St. George's Grenada, West Indies; Pamela Dodson (Jim) of Holton, KS, and Vicki Harlin (Dave) of Delia, KS; 3 step-grandchildren, Darion, Kristin, and Kasie, and a great-granddaughter, Kassidi.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Helen Blunt, and 2 brothers, Robert and Carl Blunt.
