Guy Charles "Chuck" Greemore, III, 68, of Holton, KS, passed away Saturday, March 7, 2020 at his home. He was born February 18, 1952 in Topeka, KS, the son of Guy Charles Greemore, Jr. and Lucy Lucille (Hedrick) Greemore.
Chuck graduated from Highland Park High School in 1970. He worked various jobs. While in Topeka he worked as a janitor for Food 4 Less and KATZ. Chuck moved to Holton in 1994. He worked as a janitor for Alamo; as a dishwasher for S & A Café, Boomers Steakhouse and Grill, Sac & Fox Casino and Prairie Band Casino. Most recently he worked at Complete Car Care as a janitor. Chuck is most remembered traveling on his bike and a hard-working and kind man.
Survivors include his sister, Jerry Mills of Holton, KS; his nieces and nephews, Michelle "Eme", Rhonda, Patty, Alice, Eddie, Freddy and Willy; he is also survived by numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews, including one he shared a birthday with.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Guy and Lucy Greemore; a sister, Barbara Ann Kuhn and a nephew, Thomas Kuhn.
Graveside inurnment will be 6:00 P.M. Friday, March 13, 2020 at the Netawaka Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Guy "Chuck" Greemore Memorial Fund, checks made out to Mercer Funeral Home, to help with funeral expenses, sent to P.O. Box 270, Holton, KS 66436.
