Geraldine A. Eteeyan

Geraldine Agnes Eteeyan, 81, of Kansas City, KS, passed away Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at her home. She was born December 31, 1944 in Topeka, KS the daughter of William Eteeyan, Sr. and Alice (Wahquahboshkuk) Eteeyan.

Geraldine attended 4 years at Marty Indian Mission and later earned her GED. She was an office assistant for the State of Kansas for over 20 years.

She was a member Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation.

Geraldine was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Alice Eteeyan; 5 sisters, Rose Pahmahmie Maxwell, Barbara Green, Jane Lesley Eteeyan, Betty Jo Eteeyan and Pearl Pahmahmie.

Survivors include her brother, William “Bill” Eteeyan, Jr. of St. Joseph, MO.

Private Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Topeka, KS. Mercer Funeral Home in Holton is in charge of arrangements.
