Gary Joe Moulden

Gary Joe Moulden, 71, of Holton, KS, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at his home. He was born May 2, 1954 in Atchison, KS, the son of Gary Lee and Juanita (Calloway) Moulden.

Gary graduated from Effingham High School in 1972.

He was a machinist by trade, most recently working for Williams Company in Whiting, KS.

Survivors include his father, Gary Lee Moulden of Holton, KS; 4 sons, Graham Moulden (Nadina) of Topeka, KS, Grant Moulden (Rebecca) of Holton, KS, Garth Moulden (Valerie) of Muscotah, KS and Gary Lee Moulden (Lora) of Clinton, MO; daughter, Ginny Moulden of Leavenworth, KS; 2 sisters, Gayla Self (Tim) of Muscotah, KS and Glenda Latzke of Pleasant Hill, MO; 16 grandchildren, Garet, Alston, Cody, Gabby, Colton, Casey, Malikia, Eli, Gabe, Rory, Sofia, Gunner, Maya, Braiden, Garrison and McKenna and 6 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Juanita Moulden.

Celebration of Life will be at a later date. Mercer Funeral Home is assisting the family.
