Elizabeth Katherine Hester, 95, passed away Saturday April 22, 2023, in Plano Texas.

Elizabeth was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and a generous caring person who will be missed and never forgotten.

She loved her family, and she spent many precious hours with her husband, sons, and grandchildren.

She was born in Effingham Kansas on April 5, 1928, to Delilah and Ertle Keen.

She attended Denison, High School where she met the love of her life Rollie Hester. After graduation the couple were married on July 6, 1948, in Holton, Kansas.

Survivors include two sons Brad and Doug and their wives Debbie and Susan: four grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her husband Rollie, a brother Robert, and her parents.

Private graveside memorial service will be held at the Valley Falls Cemetery. Mercer Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
