Elenora Evelyn Starr, 91, of Topeka, KS, formerly of Holton, KS, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at Topeka Presbyterian Manor. She was born January 7, 1932 in Marysville, KS, the daughter of Guy L. and Eula (Plattner) Roudybush.

Elenora lived for over 70 years in the Holton community. She retired from the State of Kansas in the Department of Revenue. She was a member of the First Christian Church and V.F.W. Women's Auxiliary both of Holton.

She married Marvin L. Starr on February 16, 1947 in Soldier, KS. He preceded her in death on October 20, 2013, after over 65 years of marriage. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Guy and Eula Roudybush; 2 sisters, Pat Dekat and Verlla Roudybush; 4 brothers, Leonard, Larry, Norman and Howard Roudybush; and son-in-law, Randy Harshaw.

Survivors include 2 sons, Raymond Starr (Sherri) of Topeka, KS and James Starr (Cleo) of Meriden, KS; 2 daughters, Debra Harshaw of Topeka, KS and Kathy Jeanneret (Mark) of Topeka, KS; 9 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
