MAYETTA – Donna Jean Davison Miller, 76, of Mayetta died Thursday, February 21, 2008. She was born on November 10, 1931 in Seattle, WA, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Max K. Davison.
She was born and raised in Seattle, WA and had lived in Mayetta for the past two years. She graduated from a Catholic boarding school in Seattle. She worked as an Administrative Assistant for Boeing Company in Seattle. She also owned several small businesses over the years. She was a musician, sang with a Sweet Adeline group and was a member of the Elk's Club all in Seattle.
Donna was married to David A. Rarig. They were divorced. She was later married to William B. Miller. He preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Barnes and husband, Randy of Netawaka, KS; her sons, Robert Rarig of Denver, CO and William Miller II and wife, Wendy of Mayetta, KS; her step-sister, Jean Gardner of Olympia, WA; 9 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and her close and dear friends, Norm and Nancy Smith of Vancouver, WA. Mother, you brought a pinch of sugar and a dash of spice into all whose life you touched.
Family and friends are welcome to help celebrate memories of Donna beginning at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, February 24, 2008 at the Randy and Stephanie Barnes' Home in Netawaka, KS. Memorials may be given to your local Elk's Club.
