Dolly Ann “Pash-Ko” (Pahmahmie) Richard, 71, of Mayetta, KS, passed away Thursday, May 14, 2026 at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka, KS. She was born January 11, 1955 in Holton, KS, the daughter of Richard, Sr. and Josie (Wamego) Pahmahmie.

Dolly graduated from Riverside High School in Oklahoma. She worked at Kickapoo Nation School as a bus driver and a cook. She worked for Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation as CHR Driver and Prairie Band Casino and Resort as a Slot Attendant; retiring after over 20 years.

Chickens held a special place in her heart, she loved chickens. She was an avid pool player, often being referred to as a “pool shark”. She was very proud of achieving MVP in 2024 and 2025.

She was a member of Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation and Drum Religion.

Dolly married Ivan Wayne Levier; he preceded her in death in 1982.

She married Michael Lee “Mike” Richard on July 4, 1986 in Lebo, KS. They celebrated over 40 years of marriage.

She is survived by her husband, Mike of the home; 3 children, Maria Levier Patterson of Holton, KS, John Henry (Jennifer) Levier of Mayetta, KS and Tina A. Neiss (Paul) of Hoyt, KS; sister, Anita Evans (Mando) of Mayetta, KS; 2 brothers, Alan “Boney” Pahmahmie (Brenda) and Lawrence Pahmahmie both of Mayetta, KS; 14 grandchildren, Amiya, Antjuan Jr, Lynnaya, Anabella, Lucinda, Jazmine and Aiden Patterson, Sydney Knoxsah (Virgil), Sylvana Levier-Jessepe (Jordan Kapayou), Alyssa (Gabriel Wahwassuck) and Ivan Levier and Andree (Rick Rodriguez), Alek (Ta’te Eaglestaff) and Aven Mitchell and 7 great-grandchildren, Kai’Arye, Frankie, Delena, Wizige, Wendy, Opal and Uriah. Numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Josie Pahmahmie; sister, Phyllis Dunn; 5 brothers, Henry, Albert, Roy, Merle “Tuffy” and Richard “Chief” Pahmahmie and a grandson, Anthony L. Levier.

Visitation will be from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 17, 2026 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Drum Service will be Sunday evening at the Danceground Building. Burial will be Monday afternoon, May 18, 2026 at Wahwaksum Cemetery.
