David Jerome Duncan, 59, of Holton, KS, passed away Sunday, June 29, 2025 at his home in Holton, KS. He was born October 26, 1965 in Wichita, KS, the son of George and Norma Rae (Watkins) Duncan.

David graduated from Shawnee Heights High School in 1984 and had attended Baker University.  He was a Horticulturist at Blackburn Nursery in Topeka, KS, Brady Nursery and John Deere Landscaping both in Wichita.

David married Dora Lee Morrison on August 8, 1990 in Topeka, KS; they later divorced.

David enjoyed attending his grandchildren's activities, gardening and all things "dogs".

Survivors include his daughter Shelby Pruett (Ben) of Holton, KS; sister Sydney Sampson of Derby, KS; brother Richard Gray (Lisa) of Wichita, KS; and two granddaughters, Emeliya and Gemma, along with many nieces and nephews.

David was preceded in death by his parents George and Norma Duncan; sister, Joni Robinson; nephew Steven Sampson and grandson, Lane Pruett.
