Darrell Landon Chandley, 83, of Holton, KS, passed away Friday, October 23, 2026 at Anew Healthcare in Holton, KS. He was born September 4, 1943 in Topeka, KS, the son of Mark Henry and Leona May (Carter) Chandley.
Darrell graduated from Topeka High School in 1962. He lived in California for over 26 years, working as a welder and maintenance mechanic. He worked for 12 years at Fred G. Walter and Son in California.
He married Gloria Wylie, they divorced. He married Deborah McKinley, they later divorced.
Survivors include his son, Mark S. Chandley (Donna) of Warsaw, MO; daughter, Leona M. Chandley of Topeka, KS; sister, Marian Webb of Topeka, KS and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mark and Leona Chandley; sister, Darlene Webster and brother, Donald Chandley.
Private Family Services will be at a later date. Mercer Funeral Home in Holton is assisting the family.
