Obituary
Charles Tracy Willhoite, 46, Valley Falls, died unexpectedly Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
He was born Dec. 4, 1969, at Santa Barbara, CA, the son of Charles and Diane Brummett Willhoite. He graduated from Winfield High School.
Tracy was a heating and air technician. He had worked for P 1 Group in Topeka for many years and was a member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Union Local 441. He was a Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 84 in Valley Falls for six years.
He married Suzanne Smith Nov. 30, 1991, at Winfield. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Diane Willhoite, and father-in-law, Jon Smith.
Survivors include his wife Suzanne, of the home; two sons, Conor Willhoite, Weatherford. TX, and Chris Willhoite, Valley Falls; a niece, Bryana Willhoite, Valley Falls; and mother-in-law, Rose Smith, Weatherford, TX.
The Memorial Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, Jan. 22, 2016, at Mercer Funeral Home in Valley Falls.
