Carla Diane Clark, 58, of Mayetta, KS, passed away Friday, June 27, 2025 at Stormont Vail Hospital ER. She was born June 15, 1967 in Holton, KS, the daughter of Phillip E. and Sharon J. (Fowler) Clark.

Carla graduated from Royal Valley High School in 1986 and from Kaw Area Tech in 1995; earning her LPN Degree.

She worked at VA Hospital in Topeka until she medically retired.

Survivors include her father, Phillip Clark of Mayetta, KS; 2 daughters, Kristina Strawn (Justin) of Mayetta, KS and Katherine Jones of Wheaton, KS; son, Karsin Clark of Mayetta, KS; sister, Gina Tessendorf (Larry) of Circleville, KS; 2 brothers, Terry Clark (Nikki) of Green Cove Springs, FL. and Tracy Clark (Mandi) of Topeka, KS; 5 grandchildren, Landen, Zandler, Gunner, Emit and Oakley.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon J. Clark.

Memorial Service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 7, 2025 at the Mercer Funeral Home. Inurnment will follow at Holton Cemetery. Memorials may be given to Mercer Funeral Home (to help with expenses) and sent to P.O. Box 270, Holton, KS 66436.
