TOPEKA, KS- Cameron Drew Chapman, newborn son of Jesse Stewart and Lisa Marie Schumann Chapman, passed away hours after birth at Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka on Wednesday evening May 27, 2009.
Cameron's family are members of the Calvary Lutheran Church in Topeka. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Braden Stewart Chapman of the home; his grandparents, Ernie and Sharon Chapman of Rockledge, FL and Jim and Pam Schumann of Netawaka, KS; his great-grandparents, Walter and Edith Schumann of Wetmore, KS.
Services for Cameron will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 1, 2009 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton, KS with Pastor Dan Galchutt officiating. Interment will be in Netawaka Cemetery. He will lie in state at the funeral home Sunday and Monday until service time. Memorials may be given to the Neonatal ICU @ Stormont Vail c/o Mercer Funeral Home, Box 270, Holton, KS 66436.
