Arlene Edmond, 88, of Wetmore, KS passed away April 10, 2020 at her home. She was born June 4, 1931 in Maryland, the daughter of Elwin and Coony Rose (Myer) Stebbings.

Arlene worked as a Control Panel Assembler for Square D. Electric in Peru, IN. She was also a homemaker.

She married Robert W. Edmond on February 11, 1945 in Elkton, MD. He preceded her in death on January 25, 2009. She was also preceded in death by a sister and 9 brothers.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Mable Edmond of Topeka, KS and Ruth Lundgren of Elkhart, IN; a son, Robert M. Edmond (Rhonda) of Wetmore. She is also survived by many grand and great-grandchildren.

Private family inurnment will be at a later date. Memorials may be given to the Heart of Jackson Humane Society c/o Mercer Funeral Home, P.O. Box 270, Holton, KS 66436.
