Anthony "Tony" L. Scheid, 66, of Holton, KS passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Holton Community Hospital. He was born May 23, 1951 in Holton, the son of Milford Louis and Beverly Ann (Campbell) Scheid.
Tony attended Holton schools and had lived most of his life in the Holton Community. He worked for various construction companies.

He married Lori Moser in 1973, they divorced. He married Kathy Henry, they divorced.

Survivors include a daughter, Jennifer Scheid (Chris Busch) of Topeka, KS; a son, Ben Scheid (Tamra) of Topeka, KS; 3 sisters, Vivian Auten, Roxann Howerton and Delores Wessel all of Holton, KS and 5 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Donald Scheid and Floyd Scheid.

Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 26, 2018 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Inurnment will be at a later date in Holton Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Mercer Funeral Home, in memory of Tony Scheid, c/o Mercer Funeral Home, P.O. Box 270, Holton, KS 66436.
