Angela Lea (Baker) Potter, 46, of Valley Falls, KS, passed away with family by her side on Friday, March 6, 2020 at St. Francis Hospital in Topeka. She was born July 4, 1973 in Iowa City, IA, the daughter of Gary and Vicky (Freeman) Baker.

Angela graduated from Chase County High School in 1991 and had attended vocational school. She worked for Goodyear Tire Company for 5 years and Southwest Publishing for a few years, both in Topeka. Most recently she was a department manager for Holton Walmart.

Survivors include a son, Scott Weeks (Emily) of Valley Falls, KS; a life-partner, Larry Lawrence of Valley Falls, KS; a brother, Curtis Baker of Florida; 3 sisters, Theresa Simmons (David) of Elmdale, KS, Camille Kelly (Jim) and Jenny Baker both of Strong City, KS; a granddaughter, Raelie Weeks and one grandchild "on the way".

Angela was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial Service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 12, 2020 at the Mercer Funeral Home in Valley Falls. Inurnment will follow in the Valley Falls Cemetery.
