Alice M. Fund, 88, of Sabetha, formerly of Goff passed away Saturday September 25, 2010 at the Apostolic Christian Home in Sabetha.
She was born October 26, 1921 in Goff, Kansas, the daughter of Lynn and Ella (Curtis) Derr. She graduated from Goff High School in 1938. On September 13, 1938 Alice married Walter Fund in Topeka, Kansas. He preceded her in death on March 28, 1978.
Alice was a homemaker and farm wife. She was a member of LLL Homemaker's Unit of Nemaha County and several card clubs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Bell and her husband Gary of Holton, KS, and Mary Fund and her husband Ed Reznicek of Goff, KS; her son, Arlie Fund and his wife Gay of Delia, KS; her 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Alice was also preceded in death by her son, Roger Fund in 2007 and her sister Hazel Richards in 2008.
Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday September 28, at Mercer Funeral Home in Holton. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
